We are currently renting three rooms. The master room is $950 with its own bathroom. The other two rooms for rent have a shared bathroom in the hallway for $850. All utilities are included. The living room is very spacious and there is a nice front and backyard. We would prefer a yearly rental agreement. The house will be available for occupancy February 6.
