Property is situated on 1.27 acre corner lot with a small mature orchard of several varieties of apple trees and a pear tree there are just about a dozen total. We have our own well and septic systems and are not on town utilities. We have done many updates such as removing the gas fireplace insert and adding a wood pellet stove in the basement room where the hot tub is located. We updated the cabinets and all the appliances in the kitchen in mid 2000’s with all stainless steel and put in new Mohawk water resistant laminate flooring in the living room in 2021. As well as upgrading the hot water tank in 2020 to a 60 gallon tank and replacing the water softener system connected to the well pump. We have also replaced the sliding glass door in the basement, the bay window in the living room as well as the window in the bathroom all in the past 10 years.
