This is a very well crafted home with fine detail. Kitchen cabinets are custom maple, but updated counters could be done. The current owners are relocating to a single level home as they are octogenarians. Though they love this home and it shows, but a single level dwelling for them makes sense. The property is very well secluded for an acre and a half due to the river frontage, brook, and current owners barn/pole shed, and garage out back. More land or property may be available at a later date. Or offers could be fielded now. I have received requests for added info, virtual tour, and some inquiries to view property as well as an offer.
