Well maintained home. Tenant just moved out but has kept it in great shape. Prior to tenant the owner put in an AZ room, completely paved the backyard and put in a dog run area which is secure. 4th bedroom has all permits. Granite countertops throughout the home. All appliances are staying. A/C is about 4 years old and water heater is about 3 years old. Refrigerator and freezer 2 years old, dishwasher 3 yrs, disposal 2 years...Tile throughout the home except in the bedrooms. A great house for the price! Even the flat screen is included! Also there is a home warranty with One Guard through 12/31/2012.
