(Next door neighbor, John, sometimes will assist with his snow blower if politely asked.) -NONE of your possessions are covered under my insurance. I recommend tenants obtain renters insurance. -This property sits on a small, good-fishing lake, in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
