1. Lease Term: The term of this lease shall commence on MM DD, YYYY, and shall continue until MM DD, YYYY, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 2. Early Termination: If the Tenant wishes to terminate the lease before the end of the lease term, the Tenant must provide the Landlord with written notice at least 60 days in advance. 10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
