A few months ago we listed this house for much less...but we have been doing some improvements such as a new heat pump and we have new roofing on the cinder block part of the house. The rest of the house has metal roofing. We also have built a new covered porch where the carport used to be leading to the entrance hallway and also a new covered porch just off the kitchen.
