Tenant shall be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, damaged, or unreturned keys, mailbox keys, garage remotes, access cards, fobs, or other access devices.
If a key, mailbox key, garage remote, or access device is lost during the lease term and Landlord determines that rekeying or replacement is necessary for security purposes, Tenant shall be responsible for the associated costs.
At the termination of the lease, all keys, mailbox keys, garage remotes, access devices, and other property belonging to Landlord must be returned. Failure to return such items may result in deductions from the security deposit for replacement and/or rekeying costs.
Tenant lockouts requiring Landlord assistance may be subject to a service charge plus any third-party expenses incurred by Landlord.
