GARTH LAKE LOG CABIN - Just like the old days! This authentic small log cabin could use some TLC but it has been a great getaway for the past 12 years for the seller to just come on up, kick off their shoes and enjoy the Northwoods! Included in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is just about everything you see when viewing, making it turnkey. They are even throwing in a pontoon boat, lawn mower and trailer. 100 ft. of western frontage and 1.36 acres of land at $89,000 makes this a pretty nice buy!
