First, no consideration if you do not complete the Zillow application. I am looking for a quiet tenant since this property is on the old Larkin Estate. This is a quaint and quiet property. It is a little cottage..it has a private beach..and extremely quiet. I will add pics in the next few days, probably Saturday. There will be some work done outside this fall..the barn is getting a full facelift. Owner pays water and trash. Tenant mows lawn, handles snow removal
