A new Rheem hot water heater was put in about two months ago and they’re also is a well on the property. all new flooring other than in the office/bedroom that already had wood flooring. The house had to be replumbed because plumbing was not hooked up. There was a lot of electrical work that had to be done. My contractor put more electrical outlets out by the pool and Around the deck! everything for the pool is new: a new sand filter 2 new pumps, two pool vacuums one is a handheld and the other is a robot. The robot works wonderfully and is very easy to use, new three tier deck around the front of the pool as well as a new large front porch on the front of the house all new landscaping and large rocks all the way around the pool and pavers all the way around the entire house! there were many many weeds that became trees, many many sticker bushes everywhere they had to come out first, then lime was put around the house in the pool and then the brown washed rock! Probably at least 45 tons bushes and weeds and trees were all uncared For and overgrown, shrubs, and vines that had to be pulled out with a claw tractor that pulls out trees they had to do that all over the property when that was done so was the walkway that was made coming from the basement door of the walkout basement!at the same time. Many trees were pulled out that were of no use and hindering other parts to the Property! The privacy fence was taken down and a new pretty white one was put up along with many extra panels if a buyer wishes to keep them, they are new! A newly built in 2023 a 30 x 50 Barn with rollup doors on both ends and a walk-in door
