Enjoy the private backyard and 2 assigned parking spots! All utilities are tenant responsibility, pets are considered on case by case basis and at owners discretion to accept. Landlord has just replaced the carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bedrooms. Downstairs is tile in this unit. Applicants are encouraged to apply even before seeing the property. We do not charge to review the application, fee will only be charged once tenant has had a chance to view and based on the application presented landlord wants to move forward and would run credit at that time.
