This home has recently been totally re-painted and new carpeting was installed in May of 2019. This home is well decorated and maintained by the owner. The townhouse is located in a quiet NW Rochester neighborhood just off highway 52. It is 6.8 miles or about an 11 minute drive to Mayo and the center of Rochester. An Uber ride to these locations cost $10 - $13 each way. The Rochester city bus #12 stops one block from the front door.
