This is an apartment within the first floor of a multi-level private house. The house was built approximately twenty-two years ago and has wooden floors everywhere, save the bathroom. It is south of the parkway on High Ridge Road & within walking distance from a commercial area.
This unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has decent closet space and provides decent sunlight. The living area/family area includes an in-built kitchen with a few windows. The aforementioned windows provide good sunlight during the daytime. All windows are double pane-windows/storm windows. The kitchen area has a dishwasher with some cabinet space. The living area leads to the only entrance. From this entrance, you have a patio underneath a deck that leads to the backyard. This area is where outdoor furniture, umbrellas, etc. may be kept.
There is central air conditioning and forced-air heating through Eversource. Outside, there is a big driveway/small parking lot. This parking area provides enough room for multiple cars including the vehicles of guests. Two cars will be allowed for those live in the unit. Additionally, pets are allowed as long as they do not annoy or disturb those around you. Further, there are tenants above and below the first floor. The tenants on the second floor have a well trained dog. The bathroom is nice, but keep in mind that it only has a shower stall for bathing. And near the bathroom there is a stackable laundry unit. This unit does not have insulation to make certain types of noise inaudible or suppressed from any tenants above you or from the outdoors..
Any tenant must provide a credit report unless none are available. During the process character references and/or a background report are required. However, be as descriptive as you can about the person or group that may live in this unit. Include whether there will be any children attending the local government/public schools, jobs, pets etc. Smoking or vaping is not allowed. You will have to pay for a portion of water, sewer, and utilities. Landscaping and snow removal are provided. The lease duration is expected to be about one year.
