I also had a fire barrier added (DC-315), which is ice grey and serves as a 20-minute fire barrier. I had two 2-ton Mitsubishi Mini-splits installed. They work great for keeping the entire barn cool in 100-degree weather. We kept it at 68-70 degrees, day and night. Water spigots on the front, left, and right sides of the barn. Six dimmable lights under each lean-to, 15 shop lights within the barn, and beautiful gooseneck lights over each garage door. We lived inside of the barn for 10 months - pics will show how we lived. The plan included us building a house but an injury changed our plans. Convenient to Huntsville, Redstone Arsenal, Ardmore, Hazel Green, and Fayetteville. Quiet area with wonderful neighbors.
