The apartment itself is right on Lake Lynn, which has a 2 mile running path. The apartment is about 20 minutes from State, Peace, Shaw, and about 25 from St Augs and Wake Tech. Rent includes wifi, cable, and utlities. The room itself has a walk in closet, and the apartment has a washer and dryer and a porch.
