Two waterfront lots with water, sewer, and power (currently set up for three Rv's, but can be made into anything your heart desires!) A 2004 Cedar Creek 5th Wheel is on the property and can be bought with the property if interested. We bought it new & used it only one season, it's been winterized ever since. Carpet, countertops and seats were covered when bought and are in new condition still. The stove was never used, we used a grill outside instead. The kitchen also has a microwave/convection oven used a few times (popcorn, etc), the refrigerator/freezer works on electiric with gas backup in case of power failure and plenty of real oak cabinets for storage. The living room has a slide that contains the table (folds into a bed) and a sleeper sofa (used once) and overhead cabinets. It has an entertainment center with a 19" color tv, built in stereo (surround throughout) and a directv receiver (dish mounted outside). Cathedral ceilings so you don't feel claustrophobic, ceiling fan, smoke and carbon dioxode detector, all the "bells and whistles" that were available when we bought it. The decor is creme and blue. It also has tons of basement storage. Neighborhood Description Property is located on a someone secluded street with no "through access". Very quiet and peaceful area: enjoy wildlife, woods, walking, golf-cart rides around the area, and lake related activities!
