One of the best features of this property, is it is near Frye Island, but still on the main land. No dealing with Ferry schedules, just drive as needed. We love being able to come and go. If we want to shoot over to the island, great ... if we want to shoot into town, we can get there with a quick drive, just hop in the car. But most times we never leave as it is so peaceful being at the end of a peninsula. For the rainy days and nights, enjoy two TV's, free WiFi. Heat Pumps give off both A/C and Heat. Electric Bill Paid for by renter. There is a sandy beach on the property with 2 kayaks and a paddle board to use during the warmer months. There is a large firepit to roast marshmallows or just enjoy the summer nights. Additionally, we have a large U shaped Dock as shown in the photos -- that dock is in from mid-May to mid-September. Plenty of fish for the kids to catch and great swimming. There is also a separate private association beach that you can use if you'd like. It is a short 5 minute walk.
