    2 story bungalow style home. Amazing bird watching from this private, yet open setting of wetlands and growing trees. House back from the driveway. Small and easy to clean, heat and care for. Natural gas fireplace heats the house. Lots of light. Lots of privacy. No homes will be built around us with 1 side neighbor (RR10), back side wetlands, another side the railroad track and the front across the street is another RR10 home. Electric gate with remote for added security. Custer Water Association ($20-$25 per month). Average winter gas bill is $80 (Not many homes around here have natural gas and cheap water). House has new dog/people tiled wet-room with toilet and sink to hose down dirty dogs and people. Fully fenced. Around us are high end homes. 2 miles to the highway. 18 minutes to Bellingham. 8 minutes to Canada. 5 minutes to the beach. THIS IS NOT a horse type of property or any livestock (small livestock may eat the new trees and horses or cows would turn the property to mush since it is wetlands all around. Income producing property from Federal Conservation Program (CREP) which pays about $800 per year to rent our property to plant trees on our property that will always remain on our property. We now do the basic maintenance on the property and earn an extra $2600 a year. You can re-contract back with the program if you do not want to do the maintenance yourself.
