It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.-Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 8284F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox.Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival.
