There is a washer/dryer hook-up in the unit for an additional $25/ mo. surcharge. Additional 50 sq ft free storage space in attic area that is easily accessible. PET POLICY: Cats only. No dogs, aquarium pets, rodents, or birds. Pet policy is strictly enforced. Minimum one-year lease agreement. Pet (cat only) deposit req'd: $400 non-refundable at end of tenancy TENANT POLICY: No firearm storage or visiting pets allowed on the property. Maximum overnight stay for all guests is 14-days total per year. No applicant with a criminal record will be accepted. All applicants are required to submit a brief renter's profile and are carefully screened for community compatibility. (Profile will be emailed after initial contact is made).
