Outdoor access includes a raised deck area off the back of the house and an unfenced front yard. Queen bed in main bedroom. The other bedroom has a desk and futon bed. Washer & dryer in unit for tenants' use. The space is the upper level of a 2-story home. Tenant only has access to the upper level and the tenant laundry area. Owner/host lives in the lower level. Separate entrance for upper level in front of house. Lower level separate entrance is in the back of the house. Although there is a fireplace in the upper level, it is non-functional and cannot be used. - High speed wifi provided. - No smoking or vaping allowed on premises. - Tenant is responsible for keeping the front entrance and their parking area clear of snow and ice for themselves and their guests. - One parking space available for tenant use; additional parking on the street. - Please follow the Alaska tradition of removing your shoes at the front door. Shoes are not to be worn inside the home. - A fold down seat is in the entry area for those needing to sit while removing or putting on their shoes. A shoe rack is also provided. - Quiet hours are enforced 10 PM 7 AM daily. - Please adhere to the outdoor space guidelines. You are welcome to enjoy the front yard and the back deck, but the backyard and other outdoor areas are off limits. - The fireplace is non-functional and cannot be used. - Landlord will cover the first $100 of the monthly electric and the first $100 of the monthly gas.
