However, this was not supposed to be listed at this time but I screwed up something doing this and it got listed as active and I can't figure out how to hide it right now. I do have someone interested already and am giving them a couple weeks first to get some stuff in order. I promised them that they would have first chance. Both lots have ALL public utilities and the sewer is on the same side of the street. That alone will save about $4k to connect the sewer. There are no wetland or floodzone issues to deal with. I have the paper work showing that. I am asking $29,000 for the lot with the pond but would make a deal if someone wanted both lots. These lots are dry and ready to build immediately! I have put a lot of time and improvements in to these to make them nice. I even installed a double wide ditch culvert pipe. I used to be a realtor so no realtor help is needed.
