Rent is $2,450 all in, but I am discounting $600 a month. Your rent: $1,850. I will also pay your application fee for suitable applicants. Reason for moving out: relocating for work. You can extend your stay by signing a new lease. You would be added to the lease as a roommate, but the unit will be completely vacant. I have verified with management that this is acceptable. The application process is completed directly through the apartment complex. Happy to coordinate a tour through the leasing office. Lower Greenville is a premier neighborhood in Dallas with a high concentration of restaurant and bars, convenient for your every need (and very walkable). The amenities are first class: pool, two fitness rooms, golf simulator, multiple expresso / coffee machines, skyline view, outdoor patios, "arcade" room, outdoor games, dog park, and all around beautiful building. Dog friendly. Internet and cable included. All fees are included in rent. You'll still be responsible for utilities (~$75). Parking is included: you'll download an app which will function as a remote to open the gate to enter secured / covered parking. You will be assigned a parking spot (conveniently located next the elevator). Very pet friendly. No smoking. Typical Texas apartment screening to be expected.
