An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. A/C & HeaterSun Oro is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long. OUTDOOR SHOWERThe outdoor shower is cold water only. GAME ROOMThe game room is in the garage and has a mini split for comfortable heating and cooling all year round. There is also ping pong, bocce ball, games and books. GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. IDENTITY VERIFICATIONYou will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key.
