Monthly Furnished Rentals For 30 Nights Or More This three bedroom, three bathroom ski condo is located in the desirable Sunrise Mountain area of Killington. You'll walk in to a two-floor, loft style condo with gorgeous mountain views. On the main floor you'll find a bedroom with two bunk beds, full bathroom, living room with balcony & fireplace, dining area & renovated kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor & you'll find the primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom with sauna & jacuzzi tub along with the twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out & enjoy the fire or views. The condo is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services & fireplace. The deck is the perfect place to take in the mountain views in any season. Ski on/off: This property is ski on / ski off only when the Sunrise trail is open. That trail is snow dependent and usually open from January to March. No refunds will be given if trail is closed, so please check before booking. We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front entryway. This is not in any of the living areas. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. You must sign and return our written rental agreement. The indoor pool, spa facilities and outdoor hot tub are open from Thanksgiving to Mid-March only. The outdoor pool and tennis courts are open Memorial Day to mid-September. Hiking trails are open. Winter weather is unpredictable.
