Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. Getting Around Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, providing easy access to public transportation, ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft, and car rental agencies. Whether you prefer to walk, take the bus, arrange a ride, or explore at your own pace with a rental car, transportation options are readily available. Ample parking is also provided at our property for your convenience. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs Length of stay is negotiable upon tenants needs. Lease length is flexible - minimum rental is 3 days. We also accept weekly and monthly rentals.
