Roads are fully paved from Wears Valley Road all the way to the cabinno gravel, no dirt, and no steep scary cliff roads to worry about. After turning onto Buckeye Knob Way, the road slopes upward toward the property. The driveway entrance, marked with a gate, will be on your left-hand side.If you're new to mountain roads, the winding switchbacks might feel intimidating at first, but don't worryafter one trip up, you'll feel like a pro! The cabin offers a paved driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles.During winter, 4WD or AWD may be recommended if snow or ice is present, though accumulation is uncommon in this area. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish!
