Rocky Point South is a wonderful, cozy neighborhood. There are only about 20 houses in the subdivision. The trees are mature and the houses are all different. Neighbors are lovely. We have a get together a couple times a year as a community. The children love to play at each others' homes and go to the park which is just behind the subdivision. Pewaukee has an amazing Parks and Rec program as well. House has not been reassesed since basement was finished.
