The bunk bedroom sleeps 7, with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a pull-out twin trundle, and a walk-in closet, as well as a flatscreen TV. The Loft/Game Room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 60" flatscreen TV, large closet, and is connected to a full bath. There is a closet full of games in the hallway next to the bunk bedroom and loft. Large outdoor seating area, with a natural gas BBQ grill, an outdoor table that seats 6, with an umbrella, and two padded lounge chairs. Nice courtyard with seating at the front of the home. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children's plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge.
