VaultWare Joins Zillow Listings Feed Program

We're excited to announce that VaultWare is now syndicating rental listings to Zillow as a part of the Zillow Listings Feed Program. VaultWare provides apartment marketing and leasing solutions for property managers and is syndicating listings from property management companies such as: Bozzuto Management Company, Continental Properties, Gables Residential, Home Properties, MAA, Milestone Management, Related Companies, UDR Inc., and Village Green.

Each listing VaultWare sends to Zillow includes comprehensive home details, photos, availability, and property manager contact information. Listings from VaultWare will receive exposure to Zillow’s more than 22 million monthly visitors(i), more than four million of whom are currently renters(ii).

VaultWare joins the Zillow Listings Feed program as Zillow's first source of multifamily rental listings direct from national property management companies. Since the Zillow Listings Feed program launched in November 2007, it has grown to more than 1,000 partners.

In addition to being displayed on Zillow, VaultWare rental listings will also appear on Zillow’s suite of mobile applications.
