Real estate agents are increasingly turning to Zillow ShowcaseSM as a cornerstone of their listing and marketing strategy. And it's not hard to see why. Showcase listings get more views, saves and shares — and they signal to sellers that their agent is investing in a premium experience. As one agent put it recently: “Zillow Showcase is going to be the new standard for listings.”

Giving agents and their clients great outcomes through our products is a constant focus at Zillow, and Showcase keeps getting better as a result. This fresh set of improvements is built around what agents have been asking for: more visibility in search, stronger branding throughout the listing experience and smoother navigation through rich media.

Showcase listings, front and center in search

When buyers are browsing a neighborhood on Zillow's map, Showcase listings on iOS and Android now display a large hero image directly on the map — while other listings show as a price dot. The listing photo appears before the first click, giving agents a clear visual edge at the exact moment buyers are deciding what to explore.

This one change addresses one of the most common asks from listing agents: help my listing stand out before a buyer even clicks. Now it does.

A stronger brand presence throughout the listing

Agents put their name and reputation behind every listing. Showcase now makes that more visible. A redesigned agent profile and more prominent branding — including a refreshed contact form — mean an agent's headshot, brokerage and reviews surface more clearly throughout the buyer journey, especially on mobile. The result is a stronger association between the agent and the premium listing experience buyers are having.

Easier navigation through rich media

Showcase listings are built around immersive media — photos, Zillow 3D Home® tours, interactive floor plans and video. The new persistent media tabs make switching between them effortless. Tabs stay visible as buyers scroll, so they can move naturally between media types without losing their place. Click-anywhere navigation in 3D tours also makes exploration feel more intuitive.

The goal: reduce friction between a buyer discovering a listing and fully engaging with it.

Upgraded 3D Home quality

Zillow's 3D Home tours, included on every Showcase listing, have received a meaningful visual upgrade. Brighter interiors, better color accuracy and improved spatial clarity put sellers’ homes in the best light (literally) so shoppers can get a better understanding before they ever step inside.

Together, these updates represent a meaningful step forward in elevating the standard for listing marketing, helping agents to stand out, build their brand and win listings in a competitive market.
