As the buying and selling busy season heats up, it’s important to utilize housing data to help consumers make more informed home-related decisions. Making sense of this data can be an intimidating challenge — as well as an opportunity for skilled agents to leave their mark.
To pull back the curtain and help make sense of all this data, we invited Zillow Chief Economist Stan Humphries (@StanHumphries) and tech-savvy Seattle broker Kevin Lisota (@KevinLisota) to offer their expertise on the #NextGenAgent Twitter chat.
Here are some of the highlights from the chat — be sure to scroll to the bottom for a collection of helpful data resources that were mentioned during the chat.
Question 1: How do you stay up-to-date with the housing market?
