I'm so sorry to hear that you think I didn't disclose something six years ago. I have no idea what it could be and only wish that you had reached out to me or responded to my calls and messages after you left this review. I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you. In the absence of communication I can only wonder what the issue was. Sometimes things go wrong with houses like septic tanks or sewers or heating systems and, sometimes, a person might think that their agent somehow knew that something would break. Is that what happened? I truly would like to discuss this with you. I take my profession very seriously and would never keep something from a client that was in their interest to know.
