Hi there! Well… this is certainly a story. And while we can appreciate good storytelling (this one reads like a Netflix pilot), we do need to clarify a few facts: 1. We never represent tenants as renter’s agents. Ever. 2. We do not—and never have—collected application fees. That’s our brokerage policy, full stop. 3. We also don’t ghost people, hang up on callers, or say “ugh” to anyone (except maybe when we stub a toe). Since there’s no record of your name or situation in our system, and the details don’t align with how we conduct business, we believe this review may be a case of mistaken identity—or something more imaginative.
