While I admire constructive criticism, our relationship did not extend past the initial phone call and showing of one of my properties. After one of my best agents completed the showing, you asked him to make an opinion on the potential cause of bubbles on a basement wall, which he could not ethically do. I pride myself and my team on our superior client service, and would never violate a client's trust by offering an opinion on something I know nothing about. I hire and train my team the same way. I apologize if you took offense to that - I strive to be an trusted advisor for each and every one of my clients, and behave in a professional and courteous manner. As such, I have seen much return business and referrals over the years. I wish you the best in your pursuits.
