Sold a Single Family home in 2023 in Applewood, Golden, CO.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI had several seller contracts with Amanda. She was condescending, unprofessional and did not perform tasks that she verbally committed to. Ultimately we sold for hundreds of thousand less that what we listed for. I would not recommend her.

At DiVito Dream Makers we take a review like this very seriously. We believe in providing excellent service to every client and running our business with integrity, respect, and compassion. We were able to assist Mr. Little in the sale of his properties during a very difficult time and procured full price or over list price for each of the properties. The final transaction closed in February 2024 and we were unaware of his dissatisfaction at that time. We are sorry that he feels this way now, so long after the fact, but would also dispute his claims as we believe that we did provide the service he requested and did so with integrity, respect, and compassion.
