Hi, I’m truly sorry for the frustration you and your son experienced. I understand how stressful it can be when you're urgently looking for housing, and I regret that this process didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, the unit at Simba Way was undergoing necessary remodeling for safety reasons, and the work ended up taking longer than expected. During that time, it wasn’t safe to tour the property, and I did my best to keep you informed. As for the application process, I want to be clear that no applicant can be fully approved until all required documents have been submitted and the full screening process is completed—including final approval or denial by the property owner. I’m always happy to guide applicants through that process, but nothing is guaranteed until those steps are complete. My goal is always to be transparent and helpful. I never intended to waste your time or give the impression that you weren’t being considered seriously. I sincerely apologize if that’s how it felt.
