Hi Daniella, I’m sorry you feel this way, but I’d like to clarify how the events actually took place. You first reached out to me on August 1 about the apartment. I confirmed a showing on August 3 for August 4 at 11:00 AM. When we arrived, the prior realtor had not returned the keys to the lockbox. Because I represent the landlord and knew the unit was vacant, I carefully gained access through the living room window to unlock the front door from the inside, allowing you—and another prospective tenant who was waiting—to view the property as scheduled. That same day I sent you the rental application, which you completed the next day, August 5th and I promptly submitted to the landlord. On August 7, the landlord informed me she was not comfortable proceeding due to credit and income qualifications. I immediately shared that response with you, and the process concluded there. I have all exhibits to prove this thread if you need me to send to you. As much as I advocate for every applicant, landlords make the final decision and I am sorry she was not comfortable with your overall application.
