I started real estate in 2005 and I've been a broker since 2009, participating in over 3,000 sales in that time. Few agents in the area can match our experience and knowledge. None of this is true. It is a retaliatory review because we are attempting to collect money that Samantha owes us. We tried to help Samantha because she was already in a difficult financial situation that had nothing to do with us. She wanted to rent and sell the house, but it needed work and she didn't have the funds to pay the mortgage or repair the house before we even started making rental deductions. We agreed to cover repair costs (which she approved) with the agreement that we'd be reimbursed over time with rental income. I have signed agreements with her agreeing to repay us. We've done this before and not had issues. At one point, she owed us over $12,000. During the last lease, she immediately started trying to get out of the PMA agreement but we wouldn't let her due to the amount she owed us. As we were coming up on the end of the lease, the last few month's we were forced to take all of the rent to apply towards her debts because because she wouldn't sign a PMA. It was the method I had available to recoup what she owed. She still owes us over $6000 and we are attempting to take her to court to get our money back. Unfortunately, because of Samantha's actions we have had to change office policy and will no longer cover extensive repairs to help people for fear this may happen again. This review is 100% retaliatory from a dishonest person.
