Mr. Wasdin, we are truly sorry you were not happy with our services getting your home sold as we were hired to do. We are transaction brokers as is clearly stated in the listing agreement that was signed. After 53 days and 18 showings by other agents we had a buyer we showed 12 houses to (yours being one of them) and when we called Lisa ( per your instructions we were told to talk directly to your wife because you were to busy) to state we showed the house and the buyer was interested she was clearly happy. After negotiations & the buyer accepting the counter offer you presented and the contract signed, which clearly stated in writing we also had the buyer, we moved forward and got the property closed in 30 days. Again, we are truly sorry you were not happy with our services and our Broker has reached out to you to discuss this matter further and is still waiting to hear from you.
