On the day in question, I had a packed schedule with 16 homes lined up for viewings, including yours. Unfortunately, due to the logistics involved and the distances between properties in McKinney, Plano, and Wylie, I was unable to make it to every appointment. I want to assure you that I made every effort to cancel showings promptly through the showing service. However, if your agent didn't receive notification, it's possible they don't utilize this service. Communication breakdowns can happen, especially in a fast-paced environment like real estate. I understand the effort and preparation families put into showcasing their homes, and I empathize with the inconvenience caused by the cancellation. It was never my intention to disregard your time or efforts. If you're willing, I'd like to make amends and reschedule a viewing at your earliest convenience.
