Just a brief response, Lori you were not our client nor the owner of the property sold. Your parents were the clients and their sale transpired a year ago. Ashley enjoyed a good working relationship with them for a year prior to the sale as she helped guide them in getting their home ready to market and getting it sold. We are unsure why you would post something like this a year after their closing and especially without reaching out to one of us directly. We have shared your remarks with our Broker Gerry Rogers, he was and is, always available 24/7 if needed and he never heard anything from you. At no point did the accusations in your review happen.
