We are so sorry that Ms Scott was not happy with our service. We listed the Scott home for no commission. The home sold at the price and within the time-frame we projected. We also negotiated for the Scott's on the purchase of a new home, which appraised for a substantial amount more then the Scott's paid. Again, we apologize that this was service not to their liking.
