C & D Its been such a pleasure working with you and Dave to find the home that meets your needs. We looked in many regioins of the Columbia GOrge in both Oregon and Washington. It was a journey with some deep valleys of disappointments and just maintain the endurance to just keep pressing on. You both did that with such grace and resilience never becoming so disheartened that you gave up or collapsed feeling un inspired to keep trying. This happens with buyers sometimes. Its so hard to find that home in a competitive market that meets our needs AND we can afford. You both have worked so so hard to achieve that and deserve a home just as much as anyone. I am thrilled that our last transaction we engaged ended with a closing on a home that really will serve you well and grow in equity in the area you have purchased. I am truly looking forward to staying in touch and you already know that I am here anytime for any needs or resources and look forward to our next transaction if you ever decide to sell or purchase again down the road. Deb.. Well it certainly was quite the journey selling your rural land and at times complicated for sure but "WE" did it together and navigated all the ups and downs as a team in support of the goal and we accomplished that. I am grateful to know that you felt you were in confident hands working with me as your Realtor. Its been a pleasure to work with you and get to the finish line successfully despite all the challenges we faced through out the process. Land (large rural acreage) is typically much more complicated than a city lot or selling a home and I know it was a long winding road but we got there.
