C & D Its been such a pleasure working with you and Dave to find the home that meets your needs. We looked in many regioins of the Columbia GOrge in both Oregon and Washington. It was a journey with some deep valleys of disappointments and just maintain the endurance to just keep pressing on. You both did that with such grace and resilience never becoming so disheartened that you gave up or collapsed feeling un inspired to keep trying. This happens with buyers sometimes. Its so hard to find that home in a competitive market that meets our needs AND we can afford. You both have worked so so hard to achieve that and deserve a home just as much as anyone. I am thrilled that our last transaction we engaged ended with a closing on a home that really will serve you well and grow in equity in the area you have purchased.
