I’m glad we were able to secure your condo off-market and help avoid a bidding war, but I’m truly sorry that parts of the process didn’t meet your expectations. While some delays were outside my control, I take responsibility for improving communication about timelines and milestones, new development is tough at times. I also understand your concerns about the lender and inspector recommendations and will take steps to ensure higher standards moving forward. Your feedback about my presence during key moments is noted, and I’ll prioritize being more directly involved, especially with first-time buyers.
