Andres, We want to acknowledge that you clearly took pride in your apartment and made a real effort to turn it into a home during your five years there. That said, in order to re-rent it, we had to hire a painter to repaint the 3 rooms you took upon yourself to paint bright green & gray. The painter charged much more than your $400 security deposit but given that you were such a good tenant over the years, we chose not to seek additional compensation beyond keeping your deposit.
