Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to provide some context regarding the showing at the subject property. When you contacted me, I let you know that I would already be at the property during that time. Another family was finishing up when you came later than the time we had agreed upon. I asked both parties if they were comfortable viewing the property at the same time, and both agreed to proceed. I appreciate you pointing out several condition concerns during the visit. I took photos and promptly shared your feedback with the owner. I also invited you to send your own photos to ensure nothing was missed. Your input was reported to the owner. Regarding the outcome, the owner ultimately decided to move forward with another party who showed strong interest. While I did communicate your offer and feedback, the rents and terms you proposed were not acceptable to the owner. The final decision, of course, rests with them. I understand this may have been disappointing, and I genuinely wish the experience had been more positive for you. I value honest and constructive reviews, and I also believe in providing clarity when there may be misunderstandings.
