We were not the first agent for this property. It was an expired listing. We brought the seller 4 offers on the property during the short time we had the listing. He received 0 offers with previous agent. He was "not in a hurry" and turned down offers to wait for better. The market was communicating the value of his townhome which was pretty close to where price was listed. His location in community was close to entrance and where all incoming traffic would shine lights into his unit which is why buyers were not willing to pay list price. Seller became irate when another unit which was end unit and higher priced went under contract... the agent did not show his unit because buyer "did not like location in community and was willing to pay more to have a better location". We worked very hard for this seller and brought results that most sellers would be tickled to have.
